There were only this matcha (read in Malaysian accent) chia seeds left in the refrigerator on one particularly scorching day in Sunny Singapore, which subsequently came the idea of chia pudding to cool down the day a lil.
A flavour I really came to appreciate recently; I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! 🙂
1 bottle Matcha Almond Mlk from The Mlk Co
1. Fill up your cup/bottle with 1/3 of chia seeds.
2. Add 2/3 matcha almond mlk to fill up your cup/bottle.
3. Stir gently.
4. Let it set for 1 hour or longer for more texture.
5. Garnish with frozen fruits, enjoy!
To speed up the process, opt for basil seeds instead. They swell up much faster and bigger compared to chia seeds.
