Cinnamon Crepe w/ Sauteed Apples & Bananas

17 . 06 . 2013

I’m a major fan of crepe cakes and when hunger hit me last afternoon, I knew I had to make some! So I threw in some ingredients and started cooking. Guess what, only 3 ingredients were needed to make the crepe! 🙂

Ingredients:
Crepes
2 eggs
1/3 cup oat flour
Dash of cinnamon
Fillings
Banana
Apples
(or any fruit of your choice)
Steps:
Crepes
1. Measure 1/3 cup of oat flour and beat 2 eggs in a bowl, whisk and add a dash of cinnamon powder.
2. Heat up a pan with coconut oil and pour small amount of batter into the pan, make sure the batter covers the whole pan to get a nice and even texture.
3. Fry each side for around 1-2 mins (depending on thickness) and flip!
Fillings
1. Heat up a pan with coconut oil and add in thinly sliced apples & bananas. Saute until apples and bananas turn soft.
When you’re done, cover your crepe with sauteed apples and bananas and roll them up. You can even spread nut butter or jam inside for extra flavor. Add more bananas on top, sprinkle sunflower seeds and drizzle honey over it. Done!
