It’s been a while since my last Coconut-based smoothie recipes and I hope you guys liked them 🙂
I was randomly thinking of the rare occasion when Chap Goh Meh falls on the same day with Valentine’s Day,  hence I decided to bring you a new simple recipe with colours ranging from pinkish red to magenta.
Dragonfruit Strawberry Smoothie!


2 red dragonfruits 
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 ripe banana 
Handful of ice cubes
300-500ml of water
Yum yum in process

This recipe contains so much of whitening goodness (just like how the Chinese likes it, teehee). Banana offers great amount of potassium, whereas strawberries and dragonfruit are powerful sources of Vitamin C and antioxidants.

For those who are not a fan of sour tasting smoothies, this is perfect.

Also, if you don’t want to blend with ice, it’s recommended to use around 500ml of water. If you are, 300ml will do the trick!
