Raspberry Mint Coconut Smoothie!


300ml coconut water
Coconut flesh
1/4 cup raspberries
A dollop of frozen raspberries
4-7 mint leaves
Ice cubes

Served with a slice of wholewheat toast with strawberry jam and banana slices!
Raspberry: Low in calories and fat, cholesterol-free, high in fibre and vitamin C, prevents cancer, rich source of flavonoids for heart health. Also used to prevent obesity, cardiovascular diseases and age-related decline. 
You can also stir in some chia seeds and let them sit to thicken for 2-5 minutes.
Minty and refreshing.
